Terms and Conditions for Sadir School of Bharatanatyam (SSoB)

    Welcome to Sadir School of Bharatanatyam! Before you enroll in our classes, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:
    Registration and Enrollment:To enroll in our Bharatanatyam dance classes, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information.Enrollment is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion.
    Payments and Fees:All fees and payment details will be communicated to you during the registration process.Payment is due prior to the start of classes or as otherwise specified by the studio.Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the studio cancels a class or program and is unable to align a replacement session.
    Attendance and Punctuality:Regular attendance is crucial for progress and development. Please arrive on time for your classes.Missed classes are non-refundable, but make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of the studio.
    Code of Conduct:We expect all students to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
    Dress Code:Students are required to adhere to the studio's dress code, which will be communicated separately.Proper attire ensures safety, facilitates movement, and maintains the traditional aesthetics of Bharatanatyam.
    Liability and Waiver:Participation in dance classes involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.The Sadir School of Bharatanatyam and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
    Photography and Media:The dance studio may occasionally capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant permission for the use of such media.
    Studio Policies:Additional studio policies specific to Sadir School of Bharatanatyam will be provided separately. It is your responsibility to read and adhere to these policies.
    Changes and Cancellations:The dance studio reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes or programs as necessary.In the event of a cancellation, a refund or credit for future classes may be offered at the discretion of the studio.
