Refund and Cancellation Policy for Sadir School of Bharatanatyam (SSoB):


At Sadir School of Bharatanatyam, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our students. This refund and cancellation policy outlines the guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations of fees and related amounts paid for our dance classes. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures.


Payment mode for fees payment is Prepaid (ie, you need to pay at the beginning of the month):

In the event that Sadir School of Bharatanatyam cancels a class or program, no refund is provided. To compensate for the missed/cancelled class, its the responsibility of SSoB to arrange extra sessions.


Missed Classes:

If student misses a session due to any reason, no refund or discounts are applicable. Student needs to pay entire fees amount for the whole month.


Late Payment Fees:

The due date for fees payment (India or outside India) is 7th of every month.

Incase fees payment is made on/after 8th of month - a non-refundable late fees of Rs 200 is charged in addition to usual monthly fees.


Refund Process (Exceptional cases):

To request a refund, the student or their guardian must submit a written refund request to the studio.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment originally used for the enrollment.

Please allow a duration of 5-7 working days for refund of discussed amount to payment source.


Non-Refundable Fees:

Certain fees, such as registration fees, late payment fees or administration fees, are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.


Fee Adjustments:

Sadir School of Bharatanatyam reserves the right to adjust fees for classes and programs. Any fee adjustments will be communicated in advance.


Changes to Enrollment:

Students may request changes to their enrollment, such as transferring to a different class or program, subject to availability and studio approval.


Any changes may impact the fees paid, and adjustments will be made accordingly.


Discretionary Refunds:

In exceptional circumstances, Sadir School of Bharatanatyam may consider discretionary refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. Such requests should be made in writing, explaining the circumstances in detail.


Please note that this refund and cancellation policy applies only to the fees and related amounts paid for our dance classes. Other expenses such as costumes, performance fees, or external events may have separate policies that will be communicated separately.
